Sturgill Simpson is set to hit the road across North America under his new persona, Johnny Blue Skies. Accompanied by his band, The Dark Clouds, the singer-songwriter will promote his latest album, 'Mutiny After Midnight,' through a series of concerts. The tour will commence in Austin, Texas, in early September and wrap up in Lexington, Kentucky, on Halloween.

'Mutiny After Midnight' has garnered considerable attention, reaching No. 3 on the Billboard 200 based exclusively on physical sales. In celebration of this success, Johnny Blue Skies & The Dark Clouds are releasing a special 7-inch vinyl for Record Store Day. This limited edition will feature their renditions of Procol Harum’s “A Whiter Shade of Pale” and William Bell’s “You Don't Miss Your Water,” scheduled for release on April 18.
